Our seasonal Lead Lawn Care Technician works from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with overtime available.

You're a vital part of our success and client satisfaction, skillfully leading your team in performing exceptional mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and lawn care tasks. As a strategic leader, you develop effective plans and delegate responsibilities to increase efficiency and productivity. You supervise your team's work and provide training as needed to achieve impressive results every day.

Our ideal Lead Lawn Care Technician:

• Has mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and weed spraying experience
• Can lift 75 lbs.
• Is able to work outdoors and be on their feet most of the day
• Has previous lawn mowing experience

Leadership skills or experience would be preferred.
