What We Offer $50,000 Hiring Bonus $280K–$345K annual base compensation $8,000 annual Medical Director stipend Monthly RVU bonus incentive Quarterly Quality Care bonus incentive Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Annual merit increase opportunity Occupational Medicine training provided Relocation assistance when applicable What You’ll Do In this center-based role, you’ll combine direct patient care with clinical leadership: Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients Lead by example and promote clinical excellence Mentor and support clinicians Partner with the Center Leadership Team Collaborate with operational and therapy leadership Help drive quality, safety and an exceptional patient experience Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and workflows Support strong relationships with employers and the local community You focus on patients and clinical leadership while partnering with an experienced operations team to support the day-to-day business of the center. What We’re Looking For MD or DO from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted California medical license Unrestricted DEA license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Commitment to putting patients first Ability to mentor, coach and develop other clinicians Clinical and supervisory experience preferred Leadership experience in medical management and quality improvement preferred 24 days PTO annually , with rollover 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage 401(k) with employer match Medical malpractice coverage Life and disability insurance Approved reimbursement for applicable licensure, certifications and memberships Concentra-accredited CME courses Opportunities to teach residents and students Advancement opportunities locally and nationally Why Brentwood? Compensation This position is eligible for a base compensation range of $280,000–$345,000 annually , plus an $8,000 annual Director Stipend , $50,000 Hiring Bonus , and applicable monthly and quarterly bonus incentives.
