Enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and people with disabilities to help them build independence and communication skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key Details
- Pay: $29 - $32 hour (for in-school positions) depending on experience and education
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:15 am-2:10 pm; Friday 7:15 am-12:40 pm
- Location: Washington State (travel between client sites required)
- Paid, person-centered, trauma-informed training
- Support toward RBT certification
- Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
- $250 employee referral bonus
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Professional development and university discounts
- Provide 1:1 ABA support in homes or schools
- Collect and maintain data on client progress
- Assist with communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL)
- Support daily living and self-care routines
- Collaborate with clinical staff and families
- Respond to behavioral challenges appropriately
- High school diploma
- WA driver's license; reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Experience with children (personal or professional)
- CBT/RBT certification
- Experience in ABA, special education, or direct support roles
