Serenity Residential Treatment Home (RTH) is looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional individuals to join our team supporting adults in a behavioral health residential setting.
We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. We are also interested in applicants who have administrative, healthcare, or residential program experience and may be able to assist with administrative responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities May Include:
• Supporting residents with daily living activities (ADLs/IADLs)
• Medication support and documentation
• Transportation to appointments and community activities
• Meal preparation and household support
• Maintaining resident safety and supervision
• Completing progress notes and other required documentation
• Supporting residents with behavioral health goals and service plans
• Following Serenity RTH policies and Oregon requirements
• Administrative duties such as organizing records, scheduling, documentation review, staff coordination, and compliance support, depending on experience

• Compassionate and comfortable working in behavioral health
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Organized and able to complete accurate documentation
• A strong communicator and team member
• Willing to complete required background checks and trainings
