RBT Registered Behavior Technician Bilingual Spanish speaking United Care ABA-Colorado

United Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental challenges. Responsibilities Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by clinical supervisors. Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings. Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families. Qualifications Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification prior to start date. Experience working with children, especially in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and dependable, able to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data. Desire to help children grow and commitment to a positive learning environment.
