Senior Project Manager

Kforce has a client seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support large-scale business and technology initiatives in a highly complex, cross-functional environment. This individual will serve as a key liaison between multiple teams, helping drive alignment, communication, and execution across interconnected programs and projects. Relevant responsibilities align with enterprise project management practices involving integrated planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination efforts across multiple business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate communication, planning, and collaboration among stakeholders with competing priorities and dependencies
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, status reporting, and executive-level updates
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed
• Support strategic planning activities, resource alignment, and delivery governance across multiple initiatives
• Partner with leadership teams to drive execution, improve workflows, and maintain project transparency
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to support reporting, dashboarding, and operational decision-making
• Respond to ad hoc business requests, analysis needs, and project reporting requirements
• 7+ years as a project/program manager
• Ability to handle large teams (40+ people) and multiple workstreams
• Expert within Jira
• Ability to utilize AI for automation and tooling (dashboarding/reports)
• Strong problem solver and assertive
