Key Responsibilities: Perform commercial and passenger/light truck tire services including mounting, repairs, and sales Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and service truck Provide courteous and professional customer service Follow all company and safety procedures Safety and accuracy of the work in our shops and on-the-road service truck is critical to our ongoing success as a company Qualifications: Previous commercial tire experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and willingness to learn Commercial, agriculture, construction tire experience and ability to operate a service truck and equipment to do repairs and installs off site is a plus What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training and opportunities for career growth Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible employees) Employee discounts on services and products Supportive team atmosphere and stable, long-established company 401K retirement with company match Productivity bonuses on top of hourly rate earned #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware Tire
