Your Role:

Perform Testing: Analyze blood, body fluids, and tissue samples with accuracy and care
Operate & Maintain Equipment: Ensure lab instruments function reliably and efficiently
Support Clinical Care: Deliver timely, accurate results for effective patient diagnosis
Quality & Compliance: Follow strict QA/QC standards and adhere to CLIA/CAP regulations

What You'll Need:

Associate degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related field
MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
Attention to detail, good communication, and a team-focused attitude
