Job Title: Maintenance Technician
This role offers an opportunity for an experienced multicraft maintenance technician to perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance on composite pipe manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems, including drives, motors, control panels, hydraulics, and pneumatics, while also performing welding and fabrication to support equipment installation and facility improvements.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of maintenance experience with a strong focus on electrical repairs and troubleshooting on drives, electrical motors, and control panel building.
- Hands-on experience performing mechanical repairs, including work on hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication for equipment repair and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and electrical prints.
- Demonstrated experience with three-phase electrical systems and electrical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience performing maintenance repair on industrial equipment and production machinery.
- Capability to weld parts and equipment safely and effectively in an industrial environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of 480V electrical systems and related safety practices.
- Experience working with electrical prints for installations and modifications.
- Background in installations of new equipment, including electrical and mechanical integration.
- Heavy fabrication and welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Work Environment
This position is based in a non-air-conditioned, open-air shop environment typical of a manufacturing facility. You will work around helical winder machines, conveyors, material handling equipment, and saws, as well as welding and fabrication areas. The role is scheduled on a 2nd shift, typically from 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work as needed to support production and maintenance demands.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
