Responsibilities Removing old HVAC systems Installing new HVAC systems Performing routine maintenance Training junior team members Communicating with clients and customers Ordering and maintaining equipment Running pipe and duct systems through homes Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams Understanding refrigeration cycles Interpreting various technical data such as pressure and temperature Qualifications 4+ years of HVAC field experience Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes Valid driver’s license and good driving record Benefits Competitive wage up to $40/hour depending on experience, $300 sign‑on bonus, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, two weeks of paid time off that increases with service, two paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, company vehicle, and uniforms.
