You'll stay active throughout the day and work alongside your team to make sure materials are received, organized, picked, and ready to go.You'll be responsible for:Operating forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and organize materialsPicking and staging customer orders accurately and efficientlyUsing WMS systems and RF scan guns to track inventoryReceiving incoming shipments and verifying materialsPreparing, packing, and loading outgoing deliveriesKeeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safeFollowing safety procedures and looking out for your teammatesJumping in where needed to help the team get the job doneWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, safety minded, hardworking, and comfortable in a hands on warehouse environment.Forklift experience is required.You'll also be a strong fit if you have:Previous warehouse experienceIndustrial or distribution warehouse experienceExperience with WMS systems and RF scan gunsThe ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay active throughout your shiftStrong attention to detailA team first attitudeA willingness to work in varying warehouse temperaturesThe flexibility to stay until the day's work is complete when neededReady for Something Long Term?If you're tired of bouncing from job to job and want to find a company where you can work hard, be part of a team, and build a long term career, we'd like to talk to you.Come build your future with Conklin Metal Industries.
