About this Position: Quality Assurance Analyst iFOLIO is hiring a QA Analyst to maintain our high standards of quality throughout our enterprise platform. You'll design test plans, execute thorough manual validation on new features, and build and maintain automated test coverage to ensure defect-free releases while adhering to SOC 2 processes. Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Execution: Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans for front-end, back-end, and analytics features across our web platform. Create acceptance criteria. Utilize functional business requirements and designs for end-to-end system testing. Requirements Traceability: Maintain full requirement coverage and clear traceability. Compliance & Governance: Follow SOC II process, for release validation. Bug Management: Document, track, and manage software defects in Jira with clear, reproducible steps, system logs, and evidence. Future: Develop and parameterize data-driven scripts and automated test plans. Reporting & Collaboration: Present concise weekly status reports, metrics, and risk assessments during team meetings. Release Support: Support critical release windows and project deadlines, working extended hours when required. Will require work beyond standard hours when project deadlines require it. Qualifications Experience: 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing Technical Skills: Proficiency in both UI (front-end) and API/database (back-end) testing. Demonstrated experience creating and parameterizing data-driven automated tests within Jenkins. Compliance & Process: Familiarity with SOC II compliance standards, change management controls, and audit readiness. Tools: Expert proficiency with Jira (or similar ALM tools) for defect reporting and test tracking. Problem Solving: Advanced debugging, performance-tuning, and production troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and adaptability to flexible hours during key release cycles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. What's in it for you?
