ServiceNow Developer

Leading development sprints, the remote contract ServiceNow Developer will design and implement business rules, manage the ServiceNow environment pipeline, and provide L3 AMS support while ensuring adherence to coding standards. Key responsibilities Own backlog refinement and velocity tracking during development sprints Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and support ATF buildout and defect triage Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) or higher Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Angular/Service Portal Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Event Management modules Strong grasp of ITIL processes, especially ECPRO (Event, Change, Problem, Release)
