Empower and mentor nursing and support staff through active leadership, professional education, and constructive performance feedback. Optimize daily operations by strategically managing patient assignments based on real-time clinical needs and staff expertise. Champion patient advocacy by proactively identifying barriers to care and resolving concerns through professional management channels. Influence the future of the healthcare team by contributing to the hiring, training, and long-term development of clinical personnel. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired. What additional requirements you'll need Candidates must possess direct interventional radiology experience to be considered for this role.
