Lead the production floor at EcoDomo, a sustainable manufacturer turning recycled leather into premium architectural surfaces. We're hiring a hands-on, bilingual Production Manager to drive daily output across millwork, lamination, and packaging — and to lead a team of about 15. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Production Manager, you'll own the flow of work across the floor — from millwork through lamination to packaging — and lead the team that gets every project out the door on spec, on time, and on budget. Your job is to keep that pipeline moving and growing.

Key responsibilities:

• Set and drive daily production targets, holding the team accountable to a consistent daily output
• Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules across millwork, lamination, and packaging
• Coordinate the flow of orders through each production stage to prevent bottlenecks and keep delivery on track
• Allocate staff, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet demand
• Supervise and coach a production team of roughly 15: a buyer & CNC programmer, about 12 production and packing staff, and a 2.5-person millwork team
• Oversee equipment maintenance and shop readiness to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe, organized, and orderly work floor at all times
• Partner with sales, procurement, and other departments to keep priorities aligned
• Own quality control and lead continuous-improvement efforts
• Track key production KPIs and report progress directly to the CEO

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management
• A proven track record of meeting output, budget, and quality goals
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, sufficient to lead, train, and communicate clearly with a Spanish-speaking production team
• Strong command of workflow optimization, scheduling, and materials management
• Experience in millwork, woodworking, leather, or other material-based manufacturing is a strong plus
• A bachelor's degree in industrial management or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
