Accounting Clerk - Manufacturing Operations

Silgan Containers is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support accounting, reporting, billing, and inventory-related processes at our Fort Dodge, Iowa, facility.

This role is well-suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build foundational accounting experience in a structured operational environment.

What You'll Do

• Enter production numbers into a company software system to support reporting and tracking
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Code invoices, resolve discrepancies, and enter data into the Accounts Payable system
• Support billing, inventory tracking, and general accounting record maintenance
• Assist with routine accounting and administrative tasks while learning standard accounting processes
