Candidate Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Oncology/Hematology
• Practicing Oncologist or Fellow with a strong interest in Oncology/Hematology
• Strong communicator and team player
• Available for call
• Full-time, on-site availability
• Eligible for or currently hold an active Kentucky Physician License

Education

• Doctorate or better

Experience

• Graduate of Accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Completion of Accredited Residency
• Board certified or eligible in relevant specialty
• Active and unrestricted license to practice within state
• Current DEA certificate without restriction
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification as required
