Shelter Site Leader: Empower Families to Secure Housing

Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the operational and programmatic aspects of our shelter site. You will oversee safety, compliance, emergency readiness, staffing, and service delivery at congregate, consolidated, and scattered-site programs. You will supervise Housing Case Managers and Residential Assistants, coordinating intensive services for families with complex needs, and support DVSAHT response efforts while ensuring adherence #J-18808-Ljbffr Hildebrand Family Self-Help Center, Inc.
