Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to join our Summer D2D Sales Team who are experienced in door-to-door and want to take their career to the next level. This is a high-energy, performance-based role where you will generate leads, set appointments, and help homeowners identify roofing needs.

This is not an “easy” job—but it’s a high-reward opportunity for those willing to work hard, learn fast, and push themselves.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate roofing leads

• Educate homeowners on roofing issues (storm damage, aging roofs, leaks, etc.)

• Set appointments for inspections and estimates

• Represent the Skabelund brand with professionalism and integrity

• Track leads and performance daily

• Work closely with sales leaders and project managers

What We’re Looking For

• Previous door-to-door sales experience required

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Coachable and willing to learn sales systems

• Comfortable talking to new people daily

• Resilient and able to handle rejection
