Pay: $40 - $42.90 hourly

Shift : 08:00:00 - 16:30:00

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Provide speech-language pathology services as a full-time SLP
• Work 30 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule
• Deliver speech therapy services without weekend rotation requirements
• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain current state licensure and professional certifications
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
