This is a full‑time position scheduled Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm. The pay is $16 – $18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This is an onsite position at our center located 450 W Welbourne Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789. You'll plan and lead playful, developmentally appropriate activities, support key milestones, and work closely with a caring team to ensure each child feels safe, loved, and ready for the world ahead. What You’ll Do: Design and implement engaging curriculum based on early learning standards and developmentally appropriate practices Create nurturing, age‑appropriate experiences that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Model best practices in infant care and guide classroom staff through mentoring and positive leadership Provide responsive care, including feeding, soothing, and routine diapering, following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Foster strong, trusting relationships with infants and communicate regularly with families about daily care and developmental progress Ensure compliance with all Welbourne policies, licensing standards, and health/safety regulations Maintain accurate classroom records, including daily care logs, lesson plans, and developmental observations Commit to ongoing professional growth through continued education and a personal development plan What We Need from You: High school diploma / GED, or degree in a related field of study required FL DCF 45 hours required CDA is highly preferred FL DCF Transcript – Please send transcript to View email address on click.appcast.io.
