Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator with a strong Operating Room background to join our team in Hermiston, OR. This role focuses on staff education, clinical competency development, orientation, and ongoing professional development for the surgical services team.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Relevant experience and national certifications may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree with approval and commitment to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Oregon RN License required.
• Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR required.
• CNOR certification required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience required.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
