Insulation Installer

Description

City Wide Insulation is a regional insulation and waterproofing contractor with branches across Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. We are looking for an Insulation Installer to join our St. Cloud branch. Installers work as a crew to install spray foam, fiberglass batt, blown-in, and other insulation systems on residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. This is a full-time, hands-on position with paid training, room to grow, and the stability of an established, growing company.

Qualifications

Required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, climb, and bend for long periods
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, tight spaces, and varying weather
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and follow all safety procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening

Preferred (not required)
• Prior insulation, construction, or trades experience
• Spray foam experience or certification
• Experience operating a company vehicle or trailer
• Basic math and tape-measure skills
• Clean driving record
