Respiratory Therapist

Location: UCHealth Greeley Hospital – Greeley, CO Department: GH RT Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $31.61 - $47.41 / hour, dependent on relevant experience This position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option available. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). State licensure. ACLS and NRP required within 6 months of hire. PALS & NRP required within 6 months of hire. BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; BLS/CPR card must be good for at least 60 days after hire. Responsibilities Provide top of scope practice in a direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care outcomes. Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Embrace new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Practice in a technologically complex clinical setting managing ventilator integration and airway management across multiple levels of care. Engage in clinical ladders encouraging internal growth and promotional opportunities through project implementation at unit, division, regional, or system levels.
