EHS CoordinatorOverview: The EHS Coordinator supports workplace safety and environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment. This role helps promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards while supporting training, inspections, and incident investigations.Key Responsibilities:Support and enforce company safety policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and fire safety regulationsConduct facility safety inspections and identify hazardsLead and assist with safety training for new hires and employeesMaintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and support HazCom initiativesInvestigate workplace incidents and maintain safety recordsMonitor safety equipment and ensure proper usagePromote safe work practices and report unsafe conditionsAssist leadership with safety improvements and corrective actionsQualifications:Must be 18+ years oldStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detailPreferred: Associate's degreeHealth & safety experience in a manufacturing environment2–3 years maintenance or related experienceKey Traits:Detail-oriented and safety-focusedStrong communicator and problem solverAble to manage multiple projects and prioritiesReliable attendance and strong work ethic
