CSAT Solutions has always emphasized that outstanding people are the key to our success. We are currently hiring for an onsite Senior Recruiter to assist with the organization's recruiting efforts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Recruits for a full range of positions for the organization, with a focus on professional positions in engineering, operations, and management.
• Completes intake calls for new positions with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of role requirements
• Source qualified candidates through job postings, resume mining, networking and internet searches
• Schedules and conducts prescreen calls, interviews, and candidate reference checks
• Ensures appropriate matches between position requirements and candidates
• Compiles, maintains, and distributes recruiting data, metrics, and reports on supported roles
• Interface with external recruitment organizations as needed and approved
• Participates in the development of new strategies and programs to attract candidates and improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
• Works closely with senior leadership and management to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate staffing plans for new programs to ensure organizational success
• Assists candidates, employees, and hiring managers with questions related to open positions and recruitment practices and policies
• Lead and/or participate in various recruitment process improvement projects
• Ensures that all hiring practices are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations
• Other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Skills, Education and Training

• 5 years of progressive recruiting experience for engineering, management, and technical roles. Experience recruiting within the AI Server or electronics industries strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Thorough knowledge of State and Federal laws governing human resources and recruiting practice.
• Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing hiring plans for new customer and/or product launches
• Experience with Applicant Tracking systems software.
• Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team-based environment.
• Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts.
