To enhance the employee lifecycle in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Human Resources will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities: Partner with practice office leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and improve the employee experience Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent using various sourcing methods Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement efforts Required qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of HR leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
