RIA Compliance Manager or Senior Associate

We are recruiting for an industry-leading RIA with an office in Atlanta seeking a Compliance Manager to take ownership of key compliance program areas and help elevate a high‑performing team. This role partners directly with senior leadership and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. What You’ll Do Lead Advertising & Marketing reviews (SEC Marketing Rule experience preferred) Oversee third‑party manager and alternative investment oversight Provide compliance support for new initiatives, technology, and firm expansion Guide early‑stage strategic discussions to ensure regulatory alignment Run internal oversight programs and support audits, filings, and annual reviews Support SEC exams and strengthen documentation and workflow standards Mentor junior team members What We’re Looking For 3+ years in RIA or FINRA compliance Strong understanding of the Advisers Act, Form ADV, Code of Ethics Prior SEC exam experience preferred Systems‑minded, detail‑oriented, excellent communicator Ability to exercise independent regulatory judgment in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
