Project Manager– $110k-$130k/hr 1st shiftEmployment Type: Direct-HireAbout CloudRayCloudRay, based in East Windsor, NJ, is a trusted staffing partner with 25+ years of industry experience, connecting skilled talent with leading companies across the U.S. We specialize in industrial, logistics, IT, hospitality, and skilled trades staffing — ensuring candidates find stable opportunities with growth potential.Position SummaryProject Manager will manage our projects from the point of sale to the close-out documents is a challenging task that is crucial to our success.Primary Responsibilities:Managing multiple projects from award of business to final closeout.Create and manage the master project schedule, driving team progress to the schedule.Verifying Willo and subcontractor designs and concepts meet the as-sold scope of workManage the project submittal process with the Project Engineer, outside vendors and sub-contractors.Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Coordinate internal resources and contract manufacturers, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Manage the relationship with the customer and all project stakeholders.Establish, manage, and coordinate installation schedule with customer. Coordinate installation with the Field Installation Manager.Tracking of project budgets, ensuring each phase of the project is within plan, identifying and mitigating risks to the project's success.Main point of contact between Willo and Customers.Regular reporting on job progress and costs to management.Managing subcontractors that support the installation.Requirements:Cradle to grave Project Management experienceAbility to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously2 years Minimum of Engineering BackgroundAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Ability to lead, manage and motivate project teamsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to solve problems and make decisions under pressureStrong negotiating skills • Pass background checks and pass a drug screeningUp to 30% travel, but based out of the Decatur, AL officeMust pass a Background & Drug screenLocation AdvantageJob is commutable from Decatur (35810, 35811, 35816) Madison, AL 35758 and Athens (35611).
