Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Laborer to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized construction yard and warehouse while supporting daily material handling and inventory operations. This role assists with loading and unloading materials, stocking inventory, organizing supplies, and participating in safety meetings, requiring the ability to work outdoors, safely operate hand and power tools, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Description

• Clean up yard & warehouse
• Assist in loading & unloading
• Assist in stocking inventory into Gang Boxes
• Inventory and organizing materials
• Participates in safety walks and morning meetings

Skills Required

• Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision
• Knowledge of the safe efficient use of hand and power tools
• The person in this position needs to constantly move about an industrial yard, so should be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
• Constantly works in a construction environment and will be exposed to changing outdoor weather conditions
• May be required/able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds across construction yard
• Observe and comply with all safety and yard rules, perform other duties as required

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Degree or GED
• US driver’s license preferred

Pay Rate/Salary

• Pay Rate $20 - $24/ hr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
