Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Sr. Creative Producer - Social who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and excels at bringing ideas from concept to market. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic producer who can balance business objectives, creative excellence, stakeholder management, and regulatory requirements while leading the development of high-impact social content across multiple platforms.

• Lead the creative production process for organic and paid social content from initial brief through final delivery.
• Manage multiple social content initiatives simultaneously, including always-on social calendars and campaign-based workstreams.
• Review and refine creative briefs to ensure business objectives, audiences, channel requirements, and success criteria are clearly defined prior to concept development.
• Resource and manage creative teams including copywriters, designers, art directors, and creative leads.
• Facilitate concept reviews and stakeholder feedback sessions while consolidating input into clear, actionable creative direction.
• Partner with business stakeholders, marketing teams, creative leadership, media teams, compliance, legal, and external agencies to deliver high-quality content on time.
• Manage the full approval process, including compliance reviews, disclosure requirements, stakeholder approvals, and production timelines.
• Collaborate closely with video producers and editors to support social video production, from script approval through post-production and final delivery.
• Build and maintain realistic project plans, timelines, milestones, and production schedules.
• Ensure social assets meet platform specifications, quality standards, and creative requirements prior to launch.
• Monitor versioning, disclosures, disclaimers, and regulatory requirements across social placements and channels.
• Provide proactive status reporting, risk identification, and escalation recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Support performance analysis and incorporate campaign learnings into future creative initiatives.
• Assist with agency management, scope development, project estimates, and vendor coordination as needed.

• 5+ years of experience producing creative projects within an agency, in-house creative team, or marketing organization, with a strong emphasis on social media content.
• Proven experience managing the complete creative lifecycle, including briefing, concept development, creative reviews, approvals, production, and delivery.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of platform-specific specifications, aspect ratios, safe zones, asset requirements, and content optimization best practices.
