Welder - 2nd Shift

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team on 2nd shift . The ideal candidate will have experience performing MIG, TIG, and resistance welding while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This position plays a critical role in fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components according to engineering specifications and quality requirements.

• Weld metal parts using MIG, TIG, Resistance Welding, Brazing , and other welding processes as required.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine weld layout, Critical to Quality (CTQ) characteristics, and product specifications.
• Perform thermal cutting, grinding, and finishing operations.
• Repair broken or cracked components, fill holes, and modify metal parts as needed.
• Position, fit, and clamp fabricated metal components prior to welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality procedures and company safety guidelines.
• Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining attention to detail.

• Technical certificate in Welding or related field preferred; or
• 1-2 years related welding experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding required; resistance welding experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, fabrication practices, and quality standards.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages, and interpretation of graphs.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds .
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with proper assistance and equipment.
• Ability to perform close visual inspection of welds and manufactured parts.
