Industry Recognition BHCOE Accredited ACE Provider CASP Member Inc. 5000 Recognized What We Offer ✔ Full-time remote flexibility ✔ Competitive salary: $85K–$90K ✔ Performance-based bonus potential ✔ Flexible scheduling and work-life balance ✔ Paid time off + paid holidays ✔ Company-subsidized health insurance ✔ 401(k) with employer contributions ✔ Company-issued MacBook and iPhone ✔ $1,000 annually for CEUs, licensure, and conference attendance ✔ Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and authorizations What You’ll Do Provide approximately 32 clinical hours per week delivering behavior analytic services Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to maintain high-quality service delivery Manage a diverse caseload across varying client needs, age groups, and funding sources Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming based on client progress Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with payer and organizational requirements Foster collaboration across diverse families, teams, and cultural backgrounds Travel monthly for in-person supervision and clinical team meetings What You Bring ✔ Active BCBA certification in good standing ✔ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field ✔ Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices ✔ Experience with verbal behavior programming and behavioral assessments ✔ Leadership experience supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs ✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role includes occasional travel and active participation in client-centered environments. Candidates should be comfortable with: Monthly travel to service areas and company meetings Working in fast-paced clinical settings Standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and other physical movement throughout the workday Lifting and moving materials or assisting in client environments as needed Maintaining compliance with company policies and Behavior Analyst Certification Board ethical standards Ready to Make an Impact?
