Are you ready to take the next step in your marketing career? We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Marketing Manager to join our growing Cincinnati team. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in marketing strategy, sales, client relations, and team management.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Work directly with clients to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance and track key metrics
- Support and mentor entry-level team members
- Develop leadership and business management skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with leadership potential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
