Senior Data Cloud Engineer

DescriptionA growing enterprise organization is building a centralized cloud data warehouse to unify multiple acquired systems into a single source of truth. This Senior Data Cloud Engineer will play a critical role in architecting and delivering a scalable AWS-based data platform that consolidates Salesforce, marketing platforms, and finance systems.The organization is currently in the proof-of-concept phase and needs a hands-on engineer who can design pipelines, implement infrastructure as code, and solve complex data unification challenges across nine separate CRM environments.What You’ll Tackle• Design and build a centralized AWS data warehouse• Develop Zero-ETL pipelines using AWS Glue• Consolidate data across multiple Salesforce instances• Implement entity resolution strategies to create master datasets• Build ingestion pipelines from marketing and finance systems• Optimize the data consumption layer for Power BI• Develop infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate new data sourcesWhat You Bring• 5+ years of data engineering experience• Strong Python development skills• Deep experience with AWS Glue, S3, and Lambda• Experience building centralized data warehouse or data lake architectures• Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or CloudFormation)• Strong SQL and complex querying experience• Experience unifying multiple enterprise systems into a single data model• Experience supporting BI tools such as Power BI• Ability to operate independently in lean team environmentsNice to Have• Experience with Entity Resolution• Exposure to AWS Bedrock• Experience integrating large-scale Salesforce environments• Experience supporting finance or marketing data ecosystems
