Personal Lines Account Executive (High Net Worth)

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE

We are partnering with a well-established, highly respected insurance brokerage in the Los Angeles area that is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys building long-term relationships with affluent clients and delivering exceptional white-glove service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client service needs.
• Market new and renewal business with leading personal lines carriers.
• Prepare coverage comparisons and make strategic insurance recommendations.
• Process endorsements, renewals, policy changes, and account reviews.
• Work closely with producers and carrier partners to ensure outstanding client service.
• Proactively identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers specializing in high-net-worth business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Prior experience servicing high-net-worth and affluent clients is required.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, valuable articles, and excess liability.
• Experience marketing accounts with premier carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Cincinnati, Travelers, Nationwide Private Client, or similar.
• California Property & Casualty License required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
