HVAC Inside Sales Specialist - Quoting, Support & Growth

Responsibilities Answer incoming sales calls from existing and prospective customers. Assist customers with product searches, parts support, and provide solutions to customer requests and application needs. Prepare and deliver customer quotations in a timely manner. Follow up on quotations to secure business opportunities and close sales. Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Support Outside Sales Representatives by providing timely customer information and sales support. Review open sales and purchase orders and expedite deliveries with factory partners when necessary. Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and problem resolution. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and returns in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product cross-references, substitutions, and alternative solutions. Participate in product training and continuous learning to maintain strong technical and product knowledge. Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and delivery expectations. Skills and Abilities PC skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication and customer service skills (phone and email-based sales experience preferred) HVAC, Plumbing, Quoting experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented attitude Benefits We pay 100% of Health Insurance Premium for employees.
