Senior Attorney (PI Litigation)

Senior Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation Location: Los Angeles, CA or Irvine, CA or Oakland, CA Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead high-value personal injury litigation matters. This role focuses on serious cases including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic claims. What You’ll Do Lead trials, depositions, and case strategy Review and oversee pleadings, motions, and legal filings Represent clients in complex personal injury matters Drive cases toward strong settlements and verdicts Manage and mentor a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff What We’re Looking For Active member of the California State Bar 3+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills Proven ability to manage cases and lead a team Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Detail-oriented with strong judgment in complex situations Compensation & Benefits $180K – $280K base + performance incentives Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k), PTO, paid holidays Growth opportunities and bonus programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
