Now Hiring: Quality Inspector Location: Chandler, AZ Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends depending on workload) | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Join the team as a Quality Inspector in Chandler and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong. The Skills You Need 2-3 years of manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience Experience performing inspections, audits, and quality documentation reviews Ability to read and follow technical instructions, procedures, and quality standards Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Cleanroom experience preferred Your Pay and Perks Good Weekly Pay: Get paid what you're worth. A Day Keeping Quality Tight Perform in-process, final, and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Conduct process audits and document findings with accuracy and attention to detail. Verify production processes are following established procedures and work instructions. Support calibration activities, quality records management, and cleanroom monitoring programs. Review quality documentation, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and inspection records. Assist with corrective actions and follow-up activities related to audit findings. Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
