Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, proactively take initiative to solve problems, and can keep things moving when the office gets busy.

You do not need years of medical experience. We can teach the job.

What we cannot teach is a good attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm when there are ten things happening at once.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Help keep the doctor on schedule
• Room patients and take vital signs
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• Call patients when appointments need to be rescheduled
• Answer questions and help patients know what to do next
• Check and respond to messages
• Help with insurance authorizations and care plans
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for patients
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team

Experience:
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. We will gladly train the right person if you are dependable, eager to learn, and willing to work hard.
