If you're ready for a fresh start this spring, now is the time to make a difference.Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Hourly Pay: $18-24/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $12.50/hrPaid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employmentWhat You'll DoProvide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategiesImplement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinicianTeach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settingsCollect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as neededBuild positive, supportive relationships with clients and their familiesCollaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality careCelebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progressBe a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs.Why Join ATS This Spring?Bi-weekly pay for the rewarding, hard work.Up to 2 weeks paid time off (based on hours worked) + 12 floating holiday hours.We offer medical coverage from individual to family plan options, dental, vision for those who qualify. There is Pet Insurance too!Travel time reimbursement and client matching close to home.Tuition discounts, education partnerships, and career growth opportunities.A diverse, inclusive, and supportive culture where team members thrive.What We're Looking For?High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).Valid driver's license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.
