About the Position

Our client is seeking a qualified CDL A Driver for a local delivery position in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This role offers consistent Monday through Friday work delivering medical supplies to hospitals, nursing homes, and surgical facilities while staying close to home.

Pay & Schedule

Pay rate: $27 per hour
Estimated weekly gross: $1,350
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours per week: 40
Start times between midnight and 4:00 a.m.
Employment type: Temp to Perm
Expected start date: September 8, 2026

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Freight: Medical supplies
Equipment: Manual pallet jack and push and pull carts
Handling: Light touch freight, including manually moving items weighing up to approximately 100 pounds
Delivery locations: Hospitals, nursing homes, and surgical facilities

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL A commercial vehicle on local delivery routes.
Deliver medical supplies to healthcare facilities in a professional and timely manner.
Move freight using push and pull carts and a manual pallet jack.
Safely handle items weighing up to approximately 100 pounds.
Follow all applicable safety, transportation, and delivery procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A.
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including moving freight weighing up to approximately 100 pounds.
