Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse ready to take the lead? Emerson Health & Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation , a trusted skilled nursing facility in Spokane WA, is looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to join our care team!
Position: Charge Nurse (RN)
Location: Emerson Health & Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation
Shifts Available: Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00pm-6:30am and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00am-8:00pm
Competitive Pay – Based on Experience
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise nursing staff during your shift
Ensure resident care plans are followed with precision and compassion
Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications/treatments
Uphold high standards of care, safety, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Washington State
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
