Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

Position Overview Water/Wastewater Engineer with 4–10 years of experience joining Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in ElPaso or LasCruces, Texas. Focus on water and wastewater projects, including supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal. Responsibilities Manage a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets. Lead production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management. Develop and maintain business client relationships; visit clients for business development/marketing, including conferences and seminars. Mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations. Conduct hydraulic and environmental calculations and hydraulic modeling using WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer. Write technical reports and produce plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MEP 3D, Plant 3D, or Revit. Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; MS preferred. 4–10 years of experience in water/wastewater projects. TXPE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MEP 3D, Plant 3D, or Revit. Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication, and intrapersonal skills. Ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations. Location & Salary ElPaso, Texas – annual salary $101,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
