Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments. \n
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation to adhere to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our dedicated clinical team to formulate treatment strategies. \n
- Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring client success. \n
- Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care. \n
- Serve as a primary liaison among state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to enhance client services. \n
- Communicate effectively within the clinic and across community networks to promote our mission and meet program standards. \n
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to foster collaboration and identify new partnership and funding opportunities. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and active participation in professional committees. \n
- Advocate for and embody the mission, values, and principles of South Coast Medical Clinic in all aspects of your work. \n
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director that contribute to the clinic's overall goals and client satisfaction. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required. \n
- An active, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license. \n
While the minimum qualifications include a Master's degree and LMHC licensure, experience in a community health setting, familiarity with substance use recovery protocols, and skills in delivering person-centered programming will enhance your application. We encourage licensed counselors from other states to apply, as we offer support for obtaining licensure in Arizona.
