Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and health histories to identify patient needs.

• Prescribe medications, therapeutic interventions, and ancillary services in accordance with state regulations and guidelines.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize health outcomes.
• Provide thorough patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication regimens, and preventive health strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with attending physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily care for a diverse range of adult and pediatric patients, including those with chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as acute conditions requiring immediate attention. Qualifications

• An active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Florida is required.
• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Nurse Practitioner studies is mandatory.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is essential for this role.
• You must possess a DEA license and an NPI number and hold a valid Florida Board of Pharmacy license.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in outpatient, hospital, or primary care settings.

Compensation and Benefits
