We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management. Job Description Coordinates material and production mix requirements to meet production schedules Expedites the movement of in‑process and/or finished goods Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards Exercises good cost control measures Coordinates and cooperates with other departments to meet production schedules Trains, develops, and evaluates employees Frequent contact with others outside the work group Complies with terms of local and national labor agreements Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives Supports plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required Supports/implements the QS9000/ISO14001/(GMS) Global Manufacturing System compliance processes Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience Demonstrated high level of ability in the areas listed below Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex Knowledge of unit scheduling and inventory control systems as well as unit products, processes and departmental relationships Knowledge of and ability to insure a safe industrial work environment Oral and written communication skills Minimum high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employee and elicit work output Required Education/Training Minimum High School Diploma or GED #J-18808-Ljbffr AmNet Services, Inc.
