· Manager, lead and mentor sales staff, crews, and subcontractors

· Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and efficiency

· Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

· Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasting

· Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a management role (roofing or construction industry preferred)

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

· Experience with budgeting, sales, and operations management

· Knowledge of roofing systems and materials is a plus
