The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned for Q4.

Compensation
- Pay, $0.50 CPM all dispatched miles.
- Effective in July $0.55 CPM
- Additional raise of $.05 CPM in Q4 = $0.60 CPM
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible drivers
