This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health services within a detox center setting, where you will play a critical role in supporting individuals during their recovery journeys. The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses.

Flexible scheduling is available, with some required evening and weekend availability to meet our clients' needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health history, strengths, and resources. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to assist clients in overcoming barriers to recovery. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing peer support and personal insight. \n
- Develop and execute customized treatment plans, outlining specific goals and interventions based on clients' individual needs. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create cohesive, client-centered treatment strategies. \n
- Offer emergency crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure clients' immediate well-being. \n
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, adhering to established ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and promote accountability. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with clients undergoing detoxification, which may involve co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Providing empathetic support and effective interventions for these individuals will play a vital part in promoting their clinical outcomes and fostering their resilience throughout treatment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient environment. \n
- A strong understanding of therapeutic practices and the ability to tailor interventions to meet diverse client needs. \n
